Big Local Visibility. Shared Advertising Costs.

Get your business noticed in over 5,000 local mailboxes through our Community Cards, or gain visibility in high-traffic local businesses through our Community Boards—all without paying for an entire advertising campaign yourself.

Two ways to stay seen, remembered and chosen.

Our Community Postcards put your business in front of households along carefully selected local mailing routes. Our Community Boards keep your business visible where people gather, shop, and dine. By bringing local businesses together to share advertising costs, we make community visibility more affordable. And with just one business per category on each card or board, your advertising space stays exclusive.

Questions

What is the difference between the card and the board?

Our Community Card is mailed to households along selected local routes, putting your business directly into customers' mailboxes. Our Community Boards display your advertisement inside busy local establishments for 12 months. The card helps you reach households directly, while the board builds ongoing local visibility. Many businesses benefit from both!

Will my competitor be on the same card or board?

No. Only one business per industry makes each one. Once another business in your trade claims a spot, the category is closed.

What do you need from me?

Your logo, your phone number and website, and the offer you want to run. Send photos if you have them. We design your ad and email a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How do I know it worked?

Put a specific offer or code on your ad so redemptions are easy to count. A QR code on your ad lets you count scans too.

Is there a contract?

Community Postcards are purchased one mailing at a time, with no ongoing advertising commitment. Community Board advertising is a 12-month placement, beginning when the board is installed. We'll confirm the advertising terms before you commit.

Why use Community Postcards when I'm already advertising online?

Community Postcards complement your digital marketing by putting your business directly into local households. Unlike an online ad that may disappear with the next scroll, a printed postcard gives homeowners something tangible they can keep, reference, or share. Your ad can feature a special offer, QR code, or website link that encourages customers to connect with you online. It's another affordable way to build familiarity with local customers and reinforce the marketing you're already doing.

Why would someone keep a shared Community Card?

Unlike a postcard featuring just one business, our Community Card brings together offers, discounts, and useful services from multiple local businesses. That gives residents more reasons to keep it on their refrigerator, counter, or in their car for future reference. When they look at one offer, they may notice other advertisers too!

Encore Marketing Agency

I'm a Northwest Indiana native, a Portage resident, and the owner of Encore Marketing Agency. But what I really do is connect local businesses. As a Community Connector, I bring businesses together to share advertising costs, reach more local customers, and build stronger connections in the communities they serve. I believe effective marketing doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes, the smartest way to grow is by working together.
